Damaged, misprinted, or defective item?
Let us know within 4 days of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We'll verify and issue a replacement or refund. -
Wrong size or change of mind?
As all items are made to order, we don’t accept returns for incorrect sizing or preference-based reasons. Please check our sizing guide before purchasing. -
Order lost in transit?
We’ve got you covered. If confirmed lost by the shipping partner, we’ll replace or refund the item. - Reverse pickup is available only for verified defects and must be requested within 5 days of receiving the product. Reverse shipping costs will apply.
